Liposuction

Abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck surgery is a procedure designed to flatten the lower abdomen by removal of overhanging or stretched skin and excess fat below the belly button. Depending on your needs, a full tummy tuck or mini abdominoplasty may be recommended to achieve optimal contour and balance.

The abdominoplasty is a 2.5 hour procedure under general anesthesia that “rejuvenates” the lower abdomen. Dr. F-Caron uses a progressive suturing technique that eliminates the need for a drainage tube in the majority of cases, helping to reduce swelling, minimizes the tummy tuck scar, and supports the healing process. Patients typically enjoy long-lasting tummy tuck results that restore confidence and a natural, toned appearance.

Achieving a Sculpted Abdominal Contour

The space between the muscles of the abdominal wall (diastasis) can be tightened if necessary for muscle repair. Restoring the skin and tightening the abdominal muscles improve the shape and contour of the abdomen. Generally, the results are very satisfactory.

Pubis lift

A pubic lift is an effective surgical procedure for patients who have lost weight and have loose or extra skin. The pubis can be relaxed following weight loss, pregnancy, simply with skin aging and menopause, and also helps patients feel more confident in the abdomen and stomach area.

Candidates for ‘pubic rejuvenation’ have a variety of factors: genetics, weight loss or gain, aging or childbirth.

A drooping or prominent pubis causes physical as well as emotional distress. Some patients may have hygiene problems, either difficulty urinating or finding clothing that fits.

Mommy Makeover

A mommy makeover surgery is a combination of plastic surgery procedures that are performed simultaneously. It can involve all, or some of the following procedures: a breast lift, a tummy tuck or mini tummy tuck, labiaplasty, and liposuction. Not unusually, breast augmentation is also performed, if desired, and women who have had a Caesarean section may opt for c section scar revision. 

Weight gain, and skin stretching in the abdomen, and loss of firmness and possible “deflation” in the breasts are collectively addressed during the most common effects of birthing and breastfeeding on many women’s bodies.
